You can place an ad for any water safety or aquatic position.
Every potential applicant will begin their search by choosing a state. The list of positions available in the chosen state will appear. From there, they will have the option to narrow their search by the county they wish to work in & specify the type of job
For example: There are 75 positions in Iowa. An applicant will be able to see next to those positions - which counties they are located in. This will allow them to narrow down the search. Thus yeilding 5 or 10 positions to view.
It Helps the job seeker save valuable time online. Most job seekers know what location they want to work in - searching by county allows them to speed up their search time.
It also allows employers with multiple locations in one county to advertise all locations in one ad, saving them time & money.
