Facility Director would have overall responsibility for operations, programs and staff. The Facility Directory would report directly to the Board of Directors. The position requires an organized, mature, responsible and outgoing person to coordinate all of the scheduled activities, meet budgets and operate the club in a safe and friendly manner. The position would be responsible for the following day to day operations: Hire, train and supervise lifeguards. Work with club's board and help to carry out club events at the pool and beach. Interact frequently with club members, both adult and children, and enforce the club rules and policies. Respond to members' needs and requests in a timely manner. Interact with the Grounds Supervisor and Office Manager. Ensure that the Club and the employees are current with all of the required licenses and certifications. The candidate should have strong organization, planning, leadership and communication skills. Experience in pool management, life guarding, first aid, CPR and child supervision is desirable.
